Ingredients for 4 people
40 large shrimp
100 ml orange juice
100 g mild mustard
20 ml olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
Fresh salad of your choice
Clean the shrimp well and remove the heads.
Mix well in a bowl the orange juice, the mustard, half of the olive oil, a bit of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Marinate the shrimp with the above mixture for at least 20-25 minutes and then fry in a big deep nonstick pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Don’t overcook, as shrimp become dry and lose their taste.
Serve in individual dishes with fresh salad and drizzle with the juices from the frying pan.
